Imtech formalise acquisition of SPIE UK

On 27 October 2022 Imtech, jointly owned by Dalkia and EDF, announced it had signed an agreement to acquire SPIE UK. Following fulfilment of customary conditions and regulatory approvals this transaction has completed and SPIE UK is wholly owned by Imtech UK.
