The multitechnical maintenance of the British Parliament

The challenge

To ensure the technical management of the building, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which houses the Chambers, the British Parliament was looking for a trusted partner and chose Imtech Inviron, a subsidiary of Dalkia in the United Kingdom, more than twenty years ago. In 2019, the parliamentary sites maintenance team renewed its confidence in the company.

The solution

The Imtech Inviron subsidiary has become the sole service provider, specializing in technical infrastructure for all sites. Its teams work in close collaboration with those of the Parliament and ensure the maintenance of the buildings, scrupulously ensuring compliance with the standards in force. They intervene in particular to carry out electrical and mechanical work. Any operation on these active sites is carried out with a minimum of disturbance for the occupants, and with the desire to preserve the integrity of heritage buildings.
